• The lifts are equipped with foot controls and come completely pre-wired to customer specifications: capacity, vertical lift, collapsed height, raised height, lifting speed, down speed, deck size, hinge plate and hand rails.
• All models are lowered on a hydraulic solenoid down valve. The pumping unit does not operate when the lift is traveling down.
• Grease fittings are included at critical wear points. Other points are fitted with sealed bearings.
• Units are pre-tested to 10 per cent over full rate capacity prior to shipment from manufacturer.
• For handicap lifts, specify right or left hand gates.
• Portable or truck-mounted lifts or inter-floor lifts can be installed with electric interlocking gates, safety enclosures, automatic controls, hand rails, hinge plates and other accessories.
• All hydraulic scissor lifts are supplied with a fully adjustable electric or hydraulic limit switch.
• Lifts will not lower in the event of hose rupture.
• They are all painted the standard colour of safety blue but we will paint to customer specifications.
• Deck edges are painted in alternating yellow and black diagonal stripes.
• Lifts have snap chains across opens ends of decks.
• They will not lower during a power failure.
• Lifts can have an optional anti-skid surface and hinge plates.
• The down movements of lifts will stop when the perimeter bar senses contact with any object (optional).
